Appointment Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit is required at booking: $44 for services 2+ hours, $22 for shorter services. A valid credit card must be kept on file and will be charged at booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost as long as the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled. Please create a profile on Vagaro.com if you haven’t already to streamline scheduling and payments.

Cancellations & Lateness

You are responsible for remembering your appointment date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments (“No-Shows”) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the late/no-show fee will apply. Please communicate promptly if you anticipate being late.

Satisfaction & Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely happy with your service, please notify us during your appointment or within 4 days afterward. We will gladly discuss adjustments. Depending on the situation, adjustments may be free, cover product costs only, or require a fee. Please note that changes that differ significantly from the original service requested (such as a new color or style) will be treated as a new service and priced accordingly.
